Mapping business processes directly in Salesforce offers the advantage that, in addition to customer data, all other information is accessible to employees in a single system and is always up to date.

Processes are managed in Salesforce, clearly structured and therefore significantly faster. With the help of notifications, no process step is left uncompleted. Project management is thus organised smoothly and step by step, both internally and externally.

Employee workload management at AMX is also carried out in Salesforce. Free capacity can be seen at a glance, allowing AMX to react before bottlenecks in customer projects arise, for example due to illness.

In addition to these processes, AMX also uses smart automations based on email communication. The automated uploading of documents to Salesforce and the automated sending of emails using templates saves the team a huge amount of time.

The integration of banking provides a real-time overview of transactions and account balances and automates payment reconciliation. Invoices sent to customers and incoming payments are allocated fully automatically. AMX receives a notification when a payment is received and a status update in the invoice record.

This makes the evaluation of financial key figures more reliable, as all relevant figures and information are already available in the system. Dashboards and reports present these key figures in an easy-to-understand visual format.
