cloudworx goes Salesforce Basecamp 2019

We were delighted to take part in Salesforce Basecamp 2019 on 7 May. Early in the morning, there was already a long queue at the famous Nockherberg in Munich. Everyone was excited and couldn't contain their joy!

To motivate you for next year, we're sharing our top 5 reasons why you should be there.

Our team on site X

#1. Learn about Salesforce products

This is, of course, the most important part of this Salesforce event: being able to test the products. Whether you are already a customer or not, here you have the opportunity to test the basic products and related products live: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Pardot...

#2. Learn about third-party products

Similar to extension packs, but from third-party providers, you can discover and test other features from independent companies. Anything that is not natively supported by Salesforce is handled by third-party providers (we also do this via our cloudworx.components). If you notice that something small is missing from your Salesforce instance, there is sure to be a solution.

#3. Network

Salesforce Basecamp is a great opportunity to meet other Salesforce stakeholders: Salesforce, Salesforce consulting partners, existing customers and prospects – all in one place. Found the perfect Salesforce product for your company, but don't know how to implement it? Don't worry! As an implementation partner, we are here to help you.

#4. Learn something new

Salesforce invites managers and academics to give short presentations and lectures. Others share their Salesforce experiences with you.

Some topics include: "How to get the most out of Salesforce", "How CRM has changed the world of work", "Future developments"... It's much more interesting to just be there than to read about it.

#5. It's fun!

And last but not least: have fun! You can take part in lots of activities (we particularly enjoyed testing our strength at "Hau den Lukas" – even though we weren't very good) and eat and drink plenty. In the evening, there was even a concert to round off the day in style.

So, see you next year at Salesforce Basecamp – you'll find us where the action is!
